It has been a tradition for Filipino families to spend Christmas day and watch a film (two or more) from the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) list of entries. This year, with the current situation, MMFF continues online!

Like MMFF’s tradition, Viva Films yearly participate in the film festival. For this year the film ‘Pakboys: Takusa’ starring the comedic foursome, Janno Gibbs, Dennis Padilla, Jerald Napoles, Andrew E is its entry.

Directed by Al Tantay, ‘Pakboys: Takusa’ takes viewers to a story of four married men who often found themselves in the company of other women. As they try to navigate their ways and avoid getting caught, karma strikes back putting their lives (and their wives!) in danger.

Here are easy-to-follow steps to ensure the family can watch ‘Pakboys: Takusa’ or any MMFF film this year:

  1. Go to www.upstream.ph/mmff
  2. Click the ‘Reserve Now’ button under the ‘Pakboys: Takusa’ poster.
  3. You will be re-directed to GMovies.ph. Click ‘Pay’ (All MMFF entries are priced at P250 only); you can pay through GCash, Credit/Debit Card, or prepaid load.
  4. By December 25, 2020 you can legally watch ‘Pakboys: Takusa’ to your GMovies account.
  5. Once payment is confirmed, click Stream Now On Upstream to watch ‘Pakboys Takusa’ with your family!

This coming Christmas, continue the MMFF tradition safely in your homes!
