2 pieces Green Chili
Few pieces Cilantro
1 piece Mango
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Black Pepper
1/4 cup Cheese
1/4 cup of Honey Mustard
1/2 cup of Mayonnaise

Chopsuey Bulalo

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon White Onions
Oil
1/4 cup Liver
1/4 cup Shrimp
1/2 cup Carrots
1/2 cup Cauliflower
1 piece each of Red and Green Bell Pepper
1/4 cup Mushroom
1 piece Sayote
1/4 cup Sitsaro
Black Pepper
1/4 cup Oyster Sauce
1/4 piece Cabbage
1 piece Beef Bulalo

 

Red Bulalo

Ingredients:

Oil
1 tablespoon White Onions
1 tablespoon Garlic
1 piece Beef Bulalo
3 tablespoons Fish Sauce
2 liters Beef Stock
Water
1/4 piece Sweetcorn
1/4 tablespoon Peppercorn
7 pieces Baguio Beans
1/4 head Cabbage
2 pieces Saging na Saba
1 cup Watermelon
