Viva Films’ latest offer, Ulan is out in cinemas now. Topbilled by the Multimedia Princess Nadine Lustre and also starring Carlo Aquino, Marco Gumabao, and AJ Muhlach.

So far, it has received a lot of good reviews from fans, cinema goers, and film critics.

In a review published at The Philippine Star, it says that instead of the characters doing all the talking the visuals did the story telling.

“From beginning to end, you see a director completely in control of her material. The way she weaves her story leaves nothing to be desired. The story is not new but the way she finds a way to bring audiences into another realm of consciousness makes one conclude she has other ways of looking at life.”

Famous film critic, Philbert Dy constantly mentioned in his review how “goofy” the movie was.

“I like how much this film is willing to put itself out there, how far it strays in tone and in theme from the vast body of romantic work that precedes it. I didn’t always buy what it was giving me, but I appreciated the offer. This is a genuinely strange movie, and given everyone involved, it’s pretty astonishing,” Philbert wrote.
