Asia’s Popstar Royalty, Sarah Geronimo is not just known for her bomb performances on stage but also her reach in social and digital media. So it’s no surprise the star is included in Forbes Asia’s “100 Digital Artist” list for 2020.

Forbes Asia “100 Digital Stars” listed 100 artists, bands, singers, film and TV stars from the Asia Pacific region who has taken social media by storm, making them popular on-stage and out of it.

In the description, the magazine includes Sarah’s “Best Actress award for Movies” at the Philippine Movie Press Club Star Awards last year for her performance in the 2018 hit film Miss Granny.

The magazine also mentioned Matteo Guidicelli who did a duet with the star at a Covid-19 benefit concert that raised around $5 million.

The star’s inclusion was a double celebration for Popsters on social media, as the loyal fanbase celebrated their 17th year with the star. They trended #Happy17YearsPOPSTERS on Twitter and shared heartwarming stories how the star changed their life.

Sarah is among the seven big time artists in the country to be included in the list. Fellow VIVA artists Anne Curtis and Vice Ganda also made it, along with Angel Locsin, Kathryn Bernardo, Kim Chui, and Marian Rivera.
