It is a coming-of-age film written and directed by Irene Villamor, and it is her first movie without James Reid as her love interest ever since the two of them were paired as JaDine.

Instead, the Multimedia Princess has three new leading men in it namely AJ Muhlach, Marco Gumabao and Carlo Aquino.

Nadine having three leading men in “Ulan” doesn’t mean that it revolves around a conventional story about love. In fact, it is unlike the usual romantic movies.

It is a story about love, heartbreak and self-discovery within the theme of magic realism, making the film even more interesting.
