With the recent Ms. Universe Philippines 2020 coming to a close, the Filipino public is still on a beauty pageant high, looking back on past queens who not only gave pride to their country, but shone their light on the issues people face every single day.
Before being one of the busiest stars today (See: Daring New Project for Kylie Verzosa Revealed), Kylie Verzosa’s name first made waves when she represented the Philippines in Ms. International. She even posted a tribute to this experience, that has recently marked it’s fourth anniversary of her being crowned the winner.

4 years ago, today 🤍👑🇵🇭 My reign as Miss International gave me a global platform to share my advocacy and allowed me to break stereotypes that come with being a beauty queen. Will always be so grateful to the Miss International Organization, for allowing me to pursue my advocacy during my reign and bringing me all over the world. Will always be grateful to those who helped me along the way, My Angels! 🤍 Laban Pilipinas! 🥳🇵🇭
Kylie contemplates on her reign, saying “My reign as Miss International gave me a global platform to share my advocacy and allowed me to break stereotypes that come with being a beauty queen.”
While she continues to use her platform to share her advocacies, Kylie has recently been working on a couple of projects that will not only expand her reach, but show people how much she has grown as an artist.
She will be playing the leading role of Daphne in a project being called “Parang Kayo Pero Hindi”, which also stars Xian Lim and Marco Gumabao. (See: Kylie Verzosa Gives Sneakpeek of New Project with Xian Lim)
You can also catch her playing the role of Luna in the Season 2 of Ghost Adventures, premiering this October 31 at 6PM.
