In a video, the actor-comedian demonstrated his home workout routine using only two household items: clean rags and a loaded luggage.
Jerald used two rags to cushion his back for floor-based workouts like crunches and push-ups. Meanwhile, he used the loaded luggage as an alternative tool for dumbbell exercises.
