In the video, Philmar set up a camera in the wee hours of the morning and invited Andi outside. He then expressed his feelings for her and his love for the family. The actress didn’t see it coming as Philmar is often shy to talk about his love for the actress, but it all made sense to Andi when he pulled out a ring and asked her to marry him.
