Actress Bela Padilla is undeniably one of the most promising actresses of her generation. She has starred in well-acclaimed movies such as Meet Me In St. Gallen and the Filipino adaptation of Miracle in Cell No. 7 which have tugged our heartstrings, all the while leaving a memorable mark just like how a purposeful actress and storyteller should.
True enough, her talent and hard work did not go unnoticed. Recently, the On Vodka, Beers, and Regrets star has been nominated for Best Actress at the 15th Seoul International Drama Awards for her role as Juris in ABS-CBN’s 2019 drama television series Sino Ang May Sala.
Gushing at the fact that she was nominated alongside Imelda Staunton, who played the role of Dolores Umbridge in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Hyo Jin-Kong of When the Camellia Blooms, Bela expressed her deepest gratitude for such a humbling recognition.
Thank you!!! To be nominated with Ms. Hyo Jin and professor Umbridge herself!!!!! is honestly the most kilig part for me 😂❤️✨ https://t.co/ubhxaU4BIw
