Two years ago, Multimedia Superstar Anne Curtis ventured into the beauty industry as a make-up entrepreneur and founded “blk cosmetics”. Since then, the brand has been a favorite among Filipinas for its “uncomplicated” motto for fixing up one’s self!
Aside from being a co-founder, Anne is also the creative director and the face of the 100% cruelty-free brand!
In an interview back in 2017, the pambansang “diyosa” shared that the idea of putting up her own beauty brand started because people would always ask her the shade and kind of make-up she was wearing at her shows.
The brand’s name was inspired by Anne’s favorite color, black, that symbolizes being elegant, classic, timeless and universal just like her!
