Multimedia Superstar Anne Curtis is known for being a certified fan of the Korean culture, K-pop, and K-dramas! She openly credits her love for K-dramas to Korean actor Gong Yoo, who starred in internationally successful shows and movies such as “Coffee Prince” (2007), “Train to Busan” (2016), and Anne’s favorite, “Goblin” (2016).

Anne shared that her obsession for K-dramas began when she and husband Erwan Heussaff decided to randomly watch “Train to Busan”. She considers Gong Yoo as her first Korean crush!

Anne has always wanted to score a picture with Gong Yoo. Last year, she tried her luck and flew to South Korea just to meet her idol. During that time, Yoo was being interviewed by Anne’s good friend and “Showtime” co-host, Kim “Kuya Kim” Atienza.

Though she did not get a picture with him, Anne was able to watch Yoo perform by scoring tickets to the scheduled fan meet!
