Indeed, Christmas is just around the corner and the festive cheers are being shared through merry songs, glistening lights, and colorfully decorated trees.
In the Philippines, the Christmas spirit is also felt by eating food that are a classic during the holiday season. One of the must-have Christmas food is bibingka, which is a type of rice cake that is usually sold in stand-alone booths outside churches.
Bibingka is usually bought alongside another classic Christmas food called puto bumbong, which is another kind of steamed rice cake in the Philippines.
In the topic of bibingka, Andi Eigenmann traveled all the way to San Pablo City, Laguna to learn how to cook authentic special bibingka! Of course, she also got to taste it, which is the best part of it all!
